Our clients are not only international concerns.  Increasingly we are gathering experience with family businesses and smaller agencies.  Some of these have been on the market for generations; others are new ventures.

It does not matter if you have 10 employees or more than 10, 000, you can rely on our serious attentiveness and engagement.  We only start work after meticulous analysis and careful listening.  Thus we ensure that our clients only invest in those things that are achievable and meaningful.

Trust is the best foundation for fertile collaboration.  In order to achieve this we are happy to offer our time and empathy.  We do not fear difficulties and have the courage to deliver uncomfortable messages and also to accept them.

In this way collective learning can succeed.  

I am able to adapt and also to keep my distance.  I have learnt a lot, have experienced even more and can scrutinize critically. I have great trust in life and, despite many setbacks, believe in the goodness of people.  At the same time I know what it is like to doubt, to quarrel and to fail.  Out of these roots I have grown independence and resilience.   To those people that I meet I bring genuine interest, openness, understanding and empathy.  Mistakes are okay.  From my perspective there is more likely to be a lack of insight and only very rarely blame.

The bonding to my family and a well-developed sense of responsibility provide me with strong and stable roots.  I am happy to embrace new things with enthusiasm and joyful experimentation again and again.  Being prepared to take a risk and having the courage to make mistakes are, from my point of view, indispensable.  In general I regard myself as a versatile, flexible person who is able to take on board different points of view and to think them through.  A genuine interest in people and a deep level of understanding are essential in this process.  In my work I orientate myself by the needs of my customers.  For me quality is more important than quantity, loyalty is of the highest importance.  My guiding principle is thus: - relationship comes before business.

Since the end of my studies I have, as son of a Greek immigrant family, and within my activity of business consultant, been moving in the field of unresolved tension between cultures.  Thus I have a deep understanding of the needs of every person to be valued and recognized, as well as also realizing the constraints and interests within the economic environment.  Coming from this background I regard differences in thinking and acting as a resource for myself, for others and for the organisation.  If one is aware of how to exploit this valuable resource, vitality, flexibility and problem solving competences can spring from it. It can also lead to the ability to build up good relationships.

People primarily work for people.  This is what motivates them.  Accordingly I work with people, before structures or processes are changed.  In my coaching and training workshops I encourage managers and team members to reflect their own values and goals, their own thoughts and actions. This is because those who understand their own personal motives and patterns will also find it easier to understand those of others.  Thus a harmonious togetherness can succeed. It is not only the individual employee who can benefit from this, but also the entire organisation.

My interest in people and in the conditions needed for success in prosperous human togetherness moved me to pursue linguistic studies with a particular focus on communication and psychology.   As consultant and trainer within industry I then experienced ten years of communications psychology in practice.  Here, after some sobering experiences as well as lots of encouraging ones, I developed my consultancy approach, which I am, in the meantime, passing on to colleagues and students in my role as coach.  In this process I find it helpful to make use of new empirical findings, such as those gained from Neuroscience, using these as the impetus for personal and organisational development processes. When the, until now hidden, system dynamics become visible, it often happens that surprisingly creative and in particular, practical approaches can be created during dialogue.
